Terms and Conditions – Eye on Fashion Art

Welcome to Eye on Fashion Art. I believe in a personal approach, clarity, and reliability. That’s why I’ve written my terms in a clear and straightforward way, so you know exactly what to expect when you purchase a piece through my website.

Orders

Artworks are available through my webshop and occasionally via selected collaborations. Each piece is produced with care, on demand, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within the Netherlands is handled by PostNL. For international deliveries, I work with reliable carriers such as UPS or DHL. The average delivery time is around 4 to 6 working days within the Netherlands and Belgium, and around 10 working days for all other countries. Please note: international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you notice any damage upon delivery, please report it to the courier immediately or refuse the package. Then contact me by email and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Urgent Orders

Need your artwork by a specific date? Feel free to reach out to discuss your options. A rush fee may apply.

Copyright & Usage

All my artworks are protected by copyright. Both physical and digital works are for personal use only. Commercial or promotional reuse is not allowed without my written consent.

Legal Protection & DuPho
